To help us set up your SYNC CRM account efficiently, we’ll need some basic information. We'll start by confirming if you have a registered company, followed by other important details to tailor the platform for your business. This will ensure a smooth setup for your account. Let's get started!

If you haven't signed up for SYNC CRM, please sign up for SYNC CRM here.

Your Domain

If your domain is hosted on GoDaddy, please provide us delegate access by following these instructions. Invite this email: support@remotecleanacademy.com

If your domain is hosted on any other platform such as squarespace or namecheap. Please provide us the login details to your domain provider below.

Registering for SMS & Calls

We register you a business phone number for A2P10DLC and CNAM (Custom Caller ID). A2P10DLC is a government issued mandate that allows you to text, email, and call customers giving them the option to OPT out and UNSUBSCRIBE at any time. We will also register your business for a customer Caller ID to avoid your number appearing as a potential "spam risk".

IMPORTANT!

In order to register successfully, you MUST provide us the following information EXACTLY as it is shown in your registration documents. You can find this in documents such as Business Registration Documents or IRS EIN Confirmation Letter (Form SS-4)

Google Workspace

Provide us your Google Workspace login, if you haven't already created an account, you can use this link to Create a New Account.

BookingKoala

Provide us your Booking Koala login. If you haven't already created an account, you can use this link to Create a New Booking Koala Account.

This is needed to properly set-up BookingKoala. You can always change these later.
